ShreeVitthalnathji "Shree Gusainji"

He was married to Shri Kamalvatiji Bahuji at Adel in Vikram Samvat 1623. He had six sons and one daughter. Shri Balkrishnalalji toured India with his father and met many learned people.

One night he had a vision and woke up in ecstasy. He had seen Ma Shri Yamunaji standing before him. In a trance he recited a prayer for her which came to be known as ‘Swapna Drusht Swamini Stotra’. Shri Gusainji told him that his dream would come true. One day when he was wandering along the bank of Shri Yamuna Maharani, she appeared before him. Shri Gusainji had given him a gold bangle saying that it would only fit Shri Yamuna Maharani. Shri Balkrishnalalji put the bangle on Shri Yamuna  Maharani’s right wrist. This incident took place at Gokul on Mahavadi Choth in Vikram Samvat 1638. Since then Mahavadi Choth is celebrated as the Swaminiji Patotsav.

Shri Balkrishnalalji was a great scholar and a great sevak. He wrote Swapna Drusht Swamini Stotra, Gupta Swamini Stotra, Bhakty Vardhini, Prasad Vagish Bhashya Vivaran and Shri Sarvottam Stotra Vivruti. His sevya swarup was Dwakadhishaji. He was interested in rup seva and nam seva and liked to recite Shrimad Bhagvatji. He would immerse himself totally in the Nand Mahotsav and would often forget himself as he sang the praises of God.
